Marco Marzaduri: computational thinking
I am Marco Marzaduri (Marco Roberto Maria Marzaduri) and I work in computing: cybersecurity, digital forensics and web development. This is my blackboard: here I collect the mathematics that really matters to programmers, from logic to probability, from automata to graphs.
Every article starts from a concrete question, tackles it with an example and ends with a summary worth keeping at hand.
What I write about here
- Discrete mathematics: logic, sets, combinatorics.
- Probability & statistics: distributions, tests, common mistakes.
- Theory of computation: automata, computability, complexity.
- Graphs & optimisation: paths, flows, linear programming.
Report – Rai 3
In 2017 I appeared in the Italian investigative programme Report (Rai 3), in the episode “Un italiano a Panama”. The excerpt is on my YouTube channel.
